As a longtime SD customer, I checked their Web site - and they do deliver to
55411 and 55412. (I assume if they deliver there, they go to 55430, too.)

SD's prices are not as competitive as they once were - they are definitely
more than Cub but less than Lund's, even with the delivery charge. I am SURE
they are less than the so-called "hood stores."

However, here's one problem: you can generally only order once a week and
have to order $80 worth of stuff to get the lower delivery charge. That's
hard for someone living paycheck-to-paycheck or AFDC check-to-check.

Still, it's a decent option for many and someone with a community
organization or newspaper should contact the company and see if they want to
market their services.
