Scott Vreeland's recent post states the current situation most clearly. I thank him for writing it. We can't solve the park system's problems unless we do it together.

While I have similar concerns about Brian Rice and Jon Gurban, we have to solve one problem at a time. If Tony Scallon can persuade his friends on the park board to select John Erwin as chair and bury the hatchet, I will support Mr. Scallon one-hundred percent. Furthermore, I'll apologize to Mr. Scallon for not refraining from using pejorative attacks on his arguments.
