I have sent an e-mail to Erik Takeshita requesting that he or the mayor do a filmed interview with me about the bridge rods (transient barriers).     However, if Erik or the Mayor do not want to do this with me, I would hope they would be willing to talk to the Skyway News, Southwest Journal or City Pages about their feelings, thoughts, about the bridge rods.   As I have tried a few times to get a response from the Mayor's office about this subject with no response --zip, nada, nothing---- when I say the Mayor's office I mean I have tried to get response from the Mayor himself and his aide David Feldman.   I have hope this may have changed given Erik's recent post to the list.       So, I hope that either Erik or the Mayor responds to this post.     ** Thankyou to the Skyway News and Southwest Journal for an excellent bit of reporting on the shelter beds***                Margaret Hastings-Mpls-Kingfield
