Yes, according to colleagues of mine who live in St. Paul, where Eureka is
currently in the midst of a 10-year contract. Maybe some of our neighbors to
the east who follow this forum might care to weigh in as well...

Eureka does not currently have any contracts in Minneapolis to my knowledge,
but yes, this is the group that coordinates the Twin Cities FreeMarket.

I agree that the FreeMarket is a great idea and I'd love to see what kind of
impact that might have on reducing disposal of large items like furniture
that might still be put to good use.
