Walking home from work on Friday afternoon no less than 4 men pulled over to offer me a ride. It might have just been friendly but at least one of them gave me a really uneasy feeling. I was walking from downtown to the Hi/Lake grocery stores, then west along 31st street.

I'm a little worried about all the kids from South High who usually take the bus in the afternoon, if there are people trolling the neighborhood offering rides with bad intent. Luckily, most of the girls stick to groups of 3 or more, at least walking to/from the bus stops.

(Me, I took this week off work to do spring cleaning and tune up my bike and hope this thing gets settled before the next big snowstorm.)
