I am responding to Roberta Englund's post regarding the post from "Allen". Correcting "Allen" on the etiquette of the list is probably appropriate. However, an allegation that "Allen" is a police officer and then naming who she thinks it is may be inappropriate. What if you are wrong? How do you unring that bell?
