It may not technically be a lock out, but my point was that describing the action as the union "walking off the job" was not accurate, either. The thread was about media bias, and I think that Blake's choice of words indicates a slant that is not favorable to the union. The significant part that Blake left out of that piece and others is that the Met Council is refusing to negotiate and they appeared eager for a strike and continue to appear as if they don't care if the buses and trains run or not.
