Vicky comments: I was surprised that no replied to this post, since there
have been several Court awards in favor of property owners and against the
City of Minneapolis. From memory, nearly $20 million in damages have been
paid - by you. First there was the Kondirator suit, then the Nicollet Mall
suit, then my suit, now this one.

Here's a pertinent question: all the cases Vicky mentions are the fault of past councils - had the current (2002-06) council been nailed for any damages such as these?


I realize its still relatively early in their tenure, but something should have begun by now. If it hasn't, that's a credit to the current group.
