Vicky comments: I was surprised that no replied to this post, since there
have been several Court awards in favor of property owners and against the
City of Minneapolis. From memory, nearly $20 million in damages have been
paid - by you. First there was the Kondirator suit, then the Nicollet Mall
suit, then my suit, now this one.

Why? Because the people that Minneapolis voters elected to the City Council
either didn't know or didn't care about the U. S. Constitution. Thankfully,
our Courts do know and do care.

The next time you're inclined to complain about "tight budgets", remember
this $20 million that should be in the bank, if only forthright, law-abiding
people had been running the show.

Ironic, isn't it, that Cherryhomes is now cashing in on real estate
development opportunities with Steve Minn. I wonder if she regards
"property rights" as important, now that she's on the receiving end.
