I understand that several recent posts on the Mpls Issues List have
indicated that Basim Sabri is being prosecuted by the Hennepin County
Attorney's Office. You might want to clarify to the list that the case is
actually being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney's Office because Sabri is
charged with a federal crime. In fact, that's why the case went to the
U.S. Supreme Court - to decide whether the federal statute under which he's
charged is constitutional. Thanks.
