This is an excellent point. There are many many behaviors which I find disturbing, unsavory, distateful, even annoying which are lawfully practiced throughout Minneapolis. I'd never take it upon myself to attempt to ban these activities for my own personal comfort. Freedom means inconvienience and irritation some times. If you don't respect the rights of another, why on earth should you expect your pet rights would be respected? Regardless of anyone's opinion, or personal preference, citizens of Minneapolis should be up in arms, defending smokers, simply to defend freedom in general.
