With the condo boom and proliferation of immigrant families, I expect the  
Minneapolis population to increase although I doubt it will match the post 
World 
 War II baby boom. Whether these new populations will contribute enough to  
give Minneapolis a stable and satisfactory tax base remains to be seen. It will 
 all depend, as usual, on what you want and what you are willing to pay.
