I find it interesting that none of the responses to my original posting tackled the height issue (except as one noted, around the lakes). Of course neighborhoods change and of course this project and all the others like it will add to the tax base. Great. So what?
While I wrote one sentence on traffic, the point of the original posting was that the height is an issue. Build 4 or 5 story building. Fine with me. But 12 stories high? Give me a break.
