Actually, we don't know the whole story, so we don't know if this work would be permitted or not. If this work that is happening involves some type of emergency utility repair, it is quite reasonable to be doing it on a Sunday. We will know tomorrow.
Peace, Dean Zimmermann Mpls City Council - Ward 6 [EMAIL PROTECTED] C: 612-388-1311 W: 612-673-2206 H: 612-724-3888 2200 Clinton Avenue South Minneapolis, MN 55404 Surely the most important task for all of us is to leave behind a planet that is fit for our great grandchildren to live on. So all of our personal actions, as well as our political policies, must be tempered with an eye to long term sustainability, not short term profit or expediency. As we struggle to solve the day to day problems -- crime, jobs, budget shortfalls, homelessness, traffic congestion, and air quality, we will look to solutions that serve both our immediate needs and lay the foundation for the post-petroleum economy. -----Original Message----- From: Dennis Plante [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Sunday, June 19, 2005 10:14 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [EMAIL PROTECTED]; [email protected] Subject: RE: [Mpls] Early-morning noise Actually, construction cannot take place on Sunday at all. dennis plante lind-bohanon >From: "Dean Zimmermann" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> >Reply-To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] >To: "'Constance Nompelis'" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>,<[email protected]> >Subject: RE: [Mpls] Early-morning noise >Date: Sun, 19 Jun 2005 10:12:27 -0500 > >Connie: > >If you can tell me exactly where this construction is taking place this >morning, I will follow up and see what the story is.
