New News 8. Xcel has not responded to a customer service request from me asking how they'd like to handle & receive communications related to shoefiti. 9. A pair of shoes in Uptown has been reported. It will be an interesting test case to see if they come down before shoes reported as far back as March 28th in Phillips and Central. 10. Offline emails I've received from people living in affected neighborhoods have reinforced my belief that shoefiti does correlate with nefarious activity. I still don't know exactly how, but that's part of the fun of cracking this nut.
11. I'm currently only aware of 10 shoefiti issues in Minneapolis between Uptown, Phillips, and East Nokomis. My guess is this could be resolved in less than 2 hours by Xcel using trucks that are already in the neighborhoods. It's such an easy problem to solve. Great points. I especially think that #11 would be quickly facilitated with the high incidence of power outages in the area. Karen Forbes Central REMINDERS: 1. Be civil!
