Ken Bradley writes: Hybrid vehicles use little to no gas at 10 miles per hour
because the vehicle runs on the battery system at that speed. Biodiesel is not
energy neutral but rather takes energy to plant, harvest, and manufacture the
product. I commend the mayor for driving a hybrid and only wish that ALL of
the city non-emergency vehicles will be hybrids in the future. The mayor has
saved the tax-payers and the environment significantly by driving such a
vehicle.
