In addition to what Todd suggested, are you sure that the control source of your report has all of the field in it? Memo fields can get truncated at 256 characters if they are part of a query where sorting and grouping is done.

I have made sure there are no other fields in the way...only the next record in the dbase should print under it once it has grown to include all data in the memo field.....
