If you want to take someone else's and modify it, I can't help you. If you want to buy one, all I can suggest is googling until you get the right fit. If you want to build one yourself using samples, then I would suggest you purchase John Viescas excellent book "Building Access Applications" which I believe has a royalty-free CRM database in it. I'm not sure of the details but you can check with him http://www.viescas.com/
