Ivanko B, msei18n absolutly not usable for localization. If Martin cannot support current algorithm, then I'm thinking about changing algorithm and to use PO files instead. I showed only one problem with shift, but Martin don't read Russian and he don't see, that msei18n works absolutly incorrect. I propose to delete trp, trd, csv and use PO instead. You need only easy function for parser PO file.
