Warning: sometimes calc does not produce valid csv files if simply closed or by simple save command. Use in calc 'File'-'Save as', activate 'Edit filter settings', select your *.csv file, click 'Save', a dialog " A file named "<yourcsv>.csv" already exists. Do you want to replace it? " pops up, click 'yes', an 'Export Text File' Window pops up, check the settings, characterset must be "Unicode (UTF-8), field delimitter must be "," (without the quotes), text delimitter must be """ (a single quote), click 'OK'. Now the edited table can be imported by 'Import' in MSEi18n. Please report if it still does not work for you, it works well for me. Please remember, I didn't want to internationalize MSEide because IMO an opensource Software development tool should be English only because a single common Language simplifies supporting customer questions. It was *you* who insisted on translating MSEide and even MSEi18n (an internal tool for devels) to Russian, IIRC you stated that once if it is translated to Russian there will be much more interest. I seems to me the interest is still zero. And please adjust your tone.
