And who, exactly, rejected your bug report?

Bug reports on this subject are welcome. More reports help build a picture of what happens. The problem is figuring out what to do about them. If I built with MinGW things seem more stable on Win98, but this has its own problems. I cannot currently build GDB with MinGW, so a completely MinGW build is not practical. When I try this stuff on Win98 and WinMe I have no trouble, I know some other people do. The difference between machine that work and those that don't is a puzzle right now.

I have installed the lates version of MSPgcc under Win 98.
