I'm afraid this problem description makes no sense to me. Furthermore, you did not provide the file test1.c in your bug report, and you appear to be using a version of gcc which is not distributed by the FSF. Thus, it is impossible for me to attempt to reproduce the problem. This is the original rejection by Zack Weinberg . I did send test1.c with it and perhaps it was overlooked. I have sent it in again and have not got any feed back. This error is so serious it will happen with any source that I have...perhaps there is one line of code out there that might work. I have taken a reformated hard disk installed win98 and then gcc and the problem exists. I suspect it may work for others becuase there is a component from a prior install that is saving the day. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Steve Underwood" <ste...@coppice.org> To: <mspgcc-users@lists.sourceforge.net> Sent: Tuesday, March 18, 2003 5:31 PM Subject: Re: [Mspgcc-users] Segmentation fault on win 98 > Hi Douglas, > > And who, exactly, rejected your bug report? > > Bug reports on this subject are welcome.
