The 2 main companies that have acceptable products I think are Secunia and Solarwinds.
Kent did a session at MMS that covered SCUP, Secunia and Solarwinds.. so I would highly recommend viewing that session so you can see the different solutions for yourself. I think he has a webcast next Monday as well that is similar to the MMS session he did.
