I'd suggest you make a collection and use a query rule to find old systems.
select SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceID,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceType,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Name,SMS_R_SYSTEM.SMSUniqueIdentifier,SMS_R_SYSTEM.ResourceDomainORWorkgroup,SMS_R_SYSTEM.Client from SMS_R_System where SMS_R_System.LastLogonTimestamp < "3/31/2013 10:32:51 PM" You can change that date to be however aggressive you want it to be, but that value can be up to two weeks off, so I'd suggest have it out at least three weeks to a month.
