ConfigMgr can import license .CSV files, as long as they are in exactly the right format. “Create a General License Statement Information File for Import<http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712322.aspx#BKMK_CreateGeneralLicenseStatement>”
There are many 3rd Party Products out there such as BDNA Normalize<http://www.bdna.com/bdna-normalize/> and 1E AppClarity<http://www.1e.com/appclarity-software-asset-management/> which help consolidate and normalize the asset intelligence data so it is easily matched up with license info. The folks at CoreTech have a nice free utility for extending the ConfigMgr console with a tool to add/edit 3rd party license info for AI: http://blog.coretech.dk/kea/asset-intelligence-3rd-party-software-utility/ Also, be sure to have the latest cumulative update for ConfigMgr installed, as they often are making tweaks to support the MVLS license import stuff and the reports.
