I really need to repost all of my blogs on my own website. I can't ever find
them on myitforum.com anymore. I know there's a URL that will take me to all of
my posts but I can never find it.

John,
Please, can you share your blogpost link?

That's true. You cannot import multiple files. You have to consolidate them
into one. Each time you import it overwrites rather than appends.

Hi Nash,
Thank you for this information.

On my case, the customer have SCCM working fine, and AI working fine also. But
when we import one EA file this overwrite the other EA file, and we have 5
E/CSV files/contracts.
Tnx

ConfigMgr can import license .CSV files, as long as they are in exactly the
right format.
“Create a General License Statement Information File for
Import<http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/gg712322.aspx#BKMK_CreateGeneralLicenseStatement>”

There are many 3rd Party Products out there such as BDNA
Normalize<http://www.bdna.com/bdna-normalize/> and 1E
AppClarity<http://www.1e.com/appclarity-software-asset-management/> which help
consolidate and normalize the asset intelligence data so it is easily matched
up with license info.

The folks at CoreTech have a nice free utility for extending the ConfigMgr
console with a tool to add/edit 3rd party license info for AI:
http://blog.coretech.dk/kea/asset-intelligence-3rd-party-software-utility/

Also, be sure to have the latest cumulative update for ConfigMgr installed, as
they often are making tweaks to support the MVLS license import stuff and the
reports.

I hope that helps,

Nash
