I heard that beginning Jan 2000, if you work at a computer for more the 50%
or your work hours, then you are entitled to a one-hour meal break.  Does
any body know about this law?

I am in California.  I looked at the Dept or Labor and the Labor Code, but
I can not find a specific section that mentions this.
