I'm not familiarized with ESE hard, but I think that the idea is that is
more expensive because is better. It's simple. That is, if you want a good
hardware you must pay more.

Hey! He doesn't says that MegaSCSI is good because is PD! He says that the
_concept_ of MegaSCSI is good. Like LINUX, for example. I think that PD is a
very good choice. If everyone who want make a new MSX hard must spend lot of
time with the design, probably the hard will not be maked. But if the
developers can found a database of proved designs, it will be good and
easier for them.

>> Well, what's holding you from writing the best soft ever?

Excuse my words, but... this is an stupid question! Me and other users are,
simply, users. NOT developers. You are saying that we all must make our
software? Everybody must make his software?

>> The fact that I'm not a very experienced coder.

>Mwoah - start coding now, don't stop until XMAS '99, and you'll be

Uff! And, if I run 100 Km every day and I practice fitness I will be a
Schwarzenegger. Me and other users want to have good software, _NOT_ to be
good coders! This is a semantic problem: a user isn't a developer.

It's true... Nobody buys a GFX9000 because there is no soft for GFX9000.
Then, programmers doesn't make soft for GFX9000 because nobody has GFX9000.
Then nobody buys GFX9000 because ...
