What is "DCT"?
And why do you need a decoder? MSX2+ is an excellent decoder ;)
By the way, V9958 has YJK, not YUV. The principle is the same, but the
formulas are slightly different.

On GFX9000 you can also use 15-bit color mode, which is a lot easier to use
than YJK. Only problem is that the pictures take twice as much bytes.
