Well to me it seems that Win98 is a lot easier than Linux or Dos.
So it definately DOES matter which OS it is.

Ah, OS/2 Warp... yes. I forgot about that. One difference: a lot of
developers already programmed for Windows (or Dos). Why would they use Warp
if they already know how to program Windows?
