Hmmmm.... I think I have already made something like that as a MemMan TSR
years ago...
Nobody knows MBMENU??? :-(
I thought I released some command line utils as well....
And some info about how to tell the TSR to load the music data and sample
kit.
Yes, I know, it should be better...
* It has no MoonSound support
* It does not work like a DOS2 TSR (needs MemMan)
