That's right, it can be used as a startingpoint of the development for the
real stuff: IP/ICMP, TCP and UDP. For coders which have a linux (or msdos
computer with slip-packetdriver installed) to test at home without overhead
due to the ISP.

Right. I am not a hardware guy, but since old XT ISA ethernet cards are
getting sold for a couple of dollars, could someone modify a ISA card
to be installed in the MSX? Is that possible?
