A little speed on my MSX is always cool. There is a difference between
"slow" and "too slow". As long as it is MSX, and has the unique
characteristics of an MSX, I think expanding is good (I have also got a
slotexpander... is that bad too?).

About Z380 board, I don't know... Maybe a bridge too far? At the other hand,
a little extra speed would be nice, and turboR computers are very hard to
get.

I know I am not...

I think that's a good idea.

However I don't understand the "only for you"-idea...

Aha!!! There comes the aap out of the mouw!!!

So it's just a gateway! Well, then I could as well use the Unix computer to
browse the internet and chat etc.

It's not really 'with my MSX'...

So my project still DOES make some sense!!!

I understand.

Although talking about dirty tricks... In assembly a POP AF : RET to skip
the originating routing would be considered 'dirty', right? In C(++), there
is even a special command for such things... Break it was called if I
remember correctly...

Tsk tsk tsk...
