Because IDE does not work in Korean MSX2 computers.

I guess that DOS2 is not functional in a Korean MSX2. So MSXDOS2.SYS and
COMMAND2.COM can't be accessed.
One interesting fact is that MEGA-SCSI works in Korean MSX2. And
it's kernel is DOS2.3x. So I want to test IDE interface with other
DOS kernels. Of course, it's not sure that the reason why MEGA-SCSI
works correctly is DOS2 kernel. More tests ... needed...
