MSXDOS2.SYS patches the kernel. It passes all buffers through page 3 to
the kernel, and it copies register A in H and B in L (for CP/M
compatibility).

By the way, I have just finished debugging MSXDOS2.SYS v2.30 (can
somebody provide me with v2.32???). I have fully (well, except for the
error handling routines) commented the sourcecode. Mail me if you would
like to have it.
