I appreciate your help. Anything you can tell me would be great. The T637
should be pretty much identical to the T616.

As I said, best I can tell its the CABLE that's the USB device - when I plug
it in, it registers as a device, but no driver binds to it, so no port binds
to it... If I could make it bind to a port, I could get multisync to work (I
think).
