John, I am also using 'pcscd'. As you suggested, I tried running 'pcscd' from the console. I see that it results in making some IOCTL calls to the SCR24x driver and also see the driver IFD handler messages.
But, I need to be able to pass some PIN to the 'activcard' which in turn will generate a key. I don't know what application I should use on linux/Fedora to do this. How do you generate keys for your card? It might be helpful to know what things you had to change w.r.t 'pcscd'. Thanks, --Vasu On 2/3/07, John H. <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:
My setup required pcscd running and using coolkey library through Firefox for a security device. I knew it was working correctly when it would blink when I inserted my card in the reader. I am not sure if your's works the same way, but it may. If you need to use pcscd, try running it in console and seeing it's output. I had to adjust some things to get it working right, based on the output I saw. On 2/3/07, Vasudevan S <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > Hi John, > Thanks for the response.
