The problem is that the Feitian reader is "bogus" and announces rates but only ONE rate is announced: 10752 bauds See http://pcsclite.alioth.debian.org/ccid/readers/Feitian_SCR310.txt One easy solution is to fix the reader firmware to either report no rate at all or report all the supported rates.
