Digital signature - .dat file in Outlook

Hi,

Does anyone know workaround for the problem with Outlook handling of the
digital signatures. (.dat file)
I read one post: http://www.lemis.com/grog/Rant/broken-MUA.php ...
Not so promising...

Any workaround?
