I think if you look at the video's resolution they ones that don't
play fullscreen will be certain resolutions.

I have some that do exactly what you are talking about, and it appears
to relate to the actual resolution of the video.

So I believe you can convert them using mencoder or vlc to a size
that works.

How many different sizes will the mvpmc play properly?   I know
it works with 480x480 and 352x240.

It seems to fail with 320x240.

Can anyone add any others to the list?
