I upped the default and max lease time to 24 hours (assuming I'm right that the values are in seconds). I didn't have any problems this morning powering on! I won't call it after one try, but I'll watch it and hopefully that does it. Since I'm assigning IPs I can't see any drawbacks to a long lease time.
