Paul,

TASKS
I use ... MLO -:)
Why would you need (yet) another tool for tasks? Isn't MLO sufficient?
(see amusingly, my remark on PPC below)

NOTES
I'm heavy into Tablet PC (personal preference, I admit) and I use the
free Inkseine pgm to take notes the classic way. I guess with OneNote
you can retreive your tasks after meeting, and the overall
organization is certainly better.
My preferred note-taking tool remains however Mindmanger, as it
delivers a to-the-core view of meetings and interviews I attend. If
need be, I refer the the Inkseine notes from within a Mindmap.

I've tried that Brain stuff. Looks neat, but I'm afraid it's just too
much links after a time. Mindmaps seem to strike a nice balance
between linear structure and the Brain. Did you never get lost in such
a web?

CALENDAR & TASKS
Yep, I dare to admit I use Outlook. It syncs with almost everything
(or is is the other way around?). I can drag any mail to my task list
(defer), mail archives (reference) or forward to some one else
(delegate). Don't need the GTD add-in to do that.
When my archives become "heavy", I move them to PDF format outside of
Outlook . Don't wanna risk loosing it all when my .pst crashes ...

Tasks are nicely integrated thanks to ... MLO sync.

I use Agenda Fusion on PPC, as it provides me with a very good
(=visual) week overview. Categories are translated into colors (agenda
type) and icons (actitivy type) that REALLY provide a-week-in-a-glance
view.

I only show dated tasks in Agenda Fusion, to help me a bit. MLO is
also used on PPC, in spite of it's lack of action filters on PPC (I
haven't found another software to show real Next Actions on PPC).

PRESENTATIONS
Use ppt and just started using Slide Executive Desktop edt. to manage
the bulk of ppt's I have (I give a lot of training, hence ...)
