MLO is my only task manager which I use heavily. Since getting an iphone I've lost the ability to keep a single copy of MLO with me at all times. With my old PDA I could use a single MLO file at work, home or on the mobile. I know an iphone version of MLO is coming but my company doesn't entertain apple products in any way shape or form and won't allow wifi-based syncing which I understand is the model prefered by the iphone. So I don't think I'll ever be able to sync my MLO file between work PC and the iphone. Anyway, as a result I've been looking to break away from MLO for a while to try and get back to my single task manager set-up. Some web-based task managers seem pretty good, such as Toodledo. But nothing really even comes close to MLO as an outliner with the ability to create customised rules-based task lists. I now get around the syncing issue by using a customised button in Outlook to email my latest version of MLO between home and work PCs when I need to. And in terms of capturing tasks when I'm out and about, I use Note2Self on the iphone which is a fantastic product (I have a recurring task in MLO to make sure that these voice notes are regularly transferred to MLO). I also use (and highly recommend) Mindmanager for organising information on specific subjects.
