I am sorry if I misunderstood but your reply was to my posting which was about GetSatisfaction and nowhere said 'I think moving to GetSatisfaction is a good idea and much better than a forum for the following reasons' (which I think would have made it a bit clearer :-))
And you still seem to think that initial posts should be made to the Google Group which for the reasons indicated would lose much of the benefit provided by GetSatisfaction.
