Look, you are either extremely busy, or you aren't. Assuming you are, then
you need to *adapt your approach accordingly.* If you are still worrying
about how easy or difficult it is to maintain the niceties of your outline
then you can't be that busy. Can I respectfully suggest you re-read earlier
posts, particularly the one from SRhyse who, I think, gives an excellent
suggestion for how to use MLO in your current position. The RTE dialog,
especially, is ideal for a high task volume situation. The parsing options
really aren't that difficult and if you're using them all the time you don't
even have to stop to think after a while. Sometimes you have to invest a
little bit of personal effort up front to save time further down the line.

A couple of details. You don't have to close the move dialog once a location
is selected, it closes automatically. When sorting through an Inbox to
relocate within the outline consider not taking a line by line approach. If
you identify several tasks which will land in the same location,
Control+click before pressing Control+m will move a number of tasks in one
go. If all your Inbox tasks are landing in different locations then it
really is time to abandon your Outline and concentrate on doing stuff rather
than "shuffling papers". Apologies if I seem a bit blunt Richard but
occasionally you have to accept the world isn't perfect and make
adjustments. You've had some really good advice on this thread; I would give
it a try.
