It's definitely still being developed but I get the impression that the team is pretty small so one or two platforms are the focus at once.
The 4.0 interface has been discussed on the forums and it seems like a tabbed interface (rather than just the two tabs now) and addition of hierarchical filters will be added, among other things. But the core functionality is very complex and rich feature-wise already, which is why focus is on mobile platforms at the moment.
