The short answer: if you have the installation of MLO and valid activation
code for this version you can install / reinstall it anytime, anywhere, any

There is no such situation that you are not able to run activated MLO if
you are using valid activation code. When we release new Major update 5.x,
6.x. we keep previous versions for download on our site for some time in
case you prefer to stay on previous version. But it is always a good idea
to upgrade to the latest version. The upgrade to the new Major version is
free if you have purchased the license less than 12 months ago or with
significant discount otherwise.
