Thank you Andrey, The problem, I think, is that MLO, even after installing the optional WiFi sync component, doesn't even try to connect to the network. I'm checking the outgoing internet traffic. When I ask for checking the update, there is some traffic. So, I manually add MLO to the local firewall.
In your documentation (which is quite sparse) says that, on first run, MLO will try to use the network, that will trigger an ask for permissions to the local firewall to go through. This has never happened. I have installed/uninstalled/installed/uninstalled/... MLO with/without/... the WiFi component and no luck Maybe WiFi is working fine for MLO <= 4, but I can't tell, in my 5 installation, certainly, isn't.
