Dwight and Michael,
Thank you for helping me minimize how much info I lost.  While I don't do 
backup per se,  I do save my *.ml file to a new name each week. And I have 
Cloud Sync so was able to recover everything until my last F9.    Duh, 
backing up often and to multiple locations is a good thing. I  intend to 
remember that
