Follow-up Comment #2, bug #15155 (project mypaint):
Okay, give these a spin instead. I've made the cursor reflect the action to
be performed, and fixed the background selector problem.
Adds tooltips for the brush currently under the cursor. Currently just shows
the brush name.
I added a quick visualisation for the insertion point too. As a result, we
need to make use of the a contrasting colour for the selection. Hopefully
using the selected colour again won't look too strange.
